Purpose • Precision OS

The operating system behind this public AI layer

Precision OS is the vertical SaaS / CRM that runs Precision Concrete Coating. It is the host and the single source of truth. This page is not a second system. It is the public face of facts the OS already owns.

Customers, jobs, estimates, warranties and approved company knowledge live in Precision OS. When those facts are ready for the outside world, the OS publishes structured payloads — JSON knowledge, discovery files, OpenAPI and MCP — so AI systems, search platforms and software can read a verified subset without entering the private CRM.

The website is the human surface. WordPress can display and serve some of those published files. It does not author the business record. Precision OS does. Public resources are generated from approved knowledge, then released. They are not scraped pages and they are not a dump of the operating system.

Vertical SaaS / CRM

One platform for this coating operation: customer, estimate, job, payment and warranty state in a single system instead of a pile of spreadsheets and disconnected apps.

Host and source of truth

Precision OS is the system of record. Public AI files and APIs are outputs of that record. If a public payload and an internal fact disagree, the OS is authoritative.

Published payloads

Approved public knowledge is released as structured resources — llms.txt, the AI manifest, company / warranty / module JSON, OpenAPI 3.1 and the public MCP entry point.

Published subset, not the operating system Discovering these interfaces is not access to customer records, estimates, payments, private project data, credentials or internal Precision OS routes. The CRM stays private. Only the approved public subset is published.

AI & Machine-Readable Infrastructure

Precision publishes structured public business knowledge, developer-readable APIs and governed machine interfaces so AI systems, search platforms and software can understand the company using verified public data.

Public discovery is intentionally separated from private customer and operational data.

Governance

What is allowed

This page tells systems what exists. This section tells them what they may do. Public discovery is not unrestricted access.

AI systems may

  • Read approved public knowledge modules, entities and discovery files
  • Reason over published public standards, warranty terms and relationships
  • Follow the OpenAPI 3.1 contract and the public MCP entry point
  • Submit a governed estimate request for on-site review
  • Request, confirm, reschedule or cancel an appointment through the governed public workflow

AI systems may not

  • Read private CRM records, customer names, addresses, payments or credentials
  • Generate a project quote or price. Precision prices after an on-site inspection
  • Read employee schedules, raw availability, calendar IDs, routing or internal notes
  • Modify job evidence, photos or internal records
  • Treat Atlas, this page or WordPress as the system of record

Write boundary Knowledge tools are read-only. Estimate intake creates a request for on-site review and does not return pricing, scope or a booked install. Appointments are orchestrated by Precision’s internal JoJo assistant. Finding an interface is not permission to use a private route.

Explore the Precision Knowledge Atlas

Atlas is the public, interactive view of Precision’s published knowledge graph. It renders verified public entities and approved relationships. It does not run the CRM, private workflows, job evidence packages or internal scheduling. Precision OS remains the host and source of truth. How Precision’s Public AI Layer Works

Precision is a concrete-coating contractor. Precision OS is the vertical SaaS / CRM that owns the business record. This page is the public machine layer published from that record. It does not replace the website, and it is not a dump of the operating system.

  1. A. Static discovery llms.txt, llms-full.txt and ai-manifest.json orient systems that prefer lightweight files.
  2. B. Structured public knowledge Company, warranty, installation, inspection, failure and entity JSON describe approved public facts. They do not contain every internal rule.
  3. C. Developer interfaces OpenAPI 3.1 and the MCP public server describe and expose those public capabilities.
  4. D. Governed actions Operations that create or modify business data remain controlled. Discovering a specification is not unrestricted access.
Precision website / public knowledge Human pages and approved published facts
Discovery files + JSON knowledge llms, manifest, company, warranty, modules, entities
OpenAPI + MCP Contracts and a public MCP-facing entry point
AI systems / search / developers Consumers of verified public resources
Precision OS Private operational data stays here. Public AI resources are a published subset, not a dump of the operating system.

Publish path: Precision OS → Approved Knowledge → Website Knowledge publish → public files, OpenAPI, MCP, Atlas and this /ai/ page. That is not a public evidence-package feed.

Developer Interfaces

Public discovery ≠ unrestricted access Finding these interfaces is not permission to read private records or bypass governed write flows.

Public Knowledge, Private Operations

Public read-only knowledge can be discoverable. Private operational systems remain protected. Estimate intake and similar actions, when they exist, are governed capabilities documented in the public OpenAPI specification — not listings of customer submissions.

Public (AI-accessible)

  • Company, warranty, installation, inspection and failure knowledge
  • Public entities and approved relationships
  • llms.txt, llms-full.txt and the AI manifest
  • OpenAPI 3.1 and the public MCP server

Private (not AI-accessible)

  • CRM records and customer identity
  • Estimates, payments and signatures
  • Raw job evidence, photos and internal notes
  • Internal calendar, crew routing and employee schedules
  • Tokens, credentials, admin routes and authenticated OS surfaces

Readable by People. Traversable by Machines.

This page is written so a person can understand Precision’s public AI infrastructure, and so an autonomous agent can extract resource URLs from standard HTML.

Machine resources appear early, as real anchors, with visible URLs. No JavaScript is required to discover OpenAPI, MCP, llms.txt or the AI manifest.

The current structure places those links in the first major content block so they remain available through ordinary HTML extraction.
