Conroe garage floorsLocal concrete coating company · Conroe, TX
Precision is an owner-operated concrete coating company based in Conroe. We install garage floor coatings and commercial floor systems for homeowners and businesses across Montgomery County and North Houston — with the preparation work most people never see.
Who we are
Precision Concrete Coating exists for a simple reason: too many garage floors fail because the coating was treated like paint. We build coating systems — inspect the slab, grind a mechanical profile, repair what needs repair, then install the system that fits how the space is actually used.
William Melton owns the company and still leads installation. When you hire Precision, you are hiring a Conroe operator who trains the crew and inspects finished floors before a customer walks on them. That is the opposite of a national brand handing the job to whoever is available that week.
We serve Conroe, The Woodlands, Montgomery, Magnolia, Willis, Spring, Lake Conroe, New Caney, Porter, Kingwood, Humble, and nearby North Houston communities. Residential garages are the core of the work. Commercial floors are in scope when the use, access, and system match the building.
Meet the owner
Owner & lead installer · Conroe, Texas
William started Precision to install floors the way he would want them in his own garage: mechanically prepared, honestly specified, and finished clean enough to show. He is on the work, not just the website.
The published standard is the same on every qualifying job: diamond grinding, crack and joint repair when needed, moisture evaluation before coating, then the epoxy / flake / polyaspartic system that matches the slab and the climate.
“If I wouldn’t install it in my own garage, I won’t install it in yours.” William Melton, Owner
What we install
The garage is usually the first conversation. The same preparation discipline applies to shops, showrooms, and other concrete that has to work every day.

Commercial coatingsWhy prep matters
Homeowners usually see color, flake, and gloss. Those are the last steps. Adhesion is decided earlier: contamination, laitance, moisture, cracks, and whether the concrete was opened to a real profile.
Precision starts with inspection and diamond grinding. Crack and chip repair happens when the slab needs it. Moisture is evaluated before coating — not after a floor starts peeling. Then the system is built in layers: commercial-grade epoxy base, full-broadcast flake where specified, and a UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat for Texas sun and heat.
Skipping those steps can look fine for a season. It is also how peeling, hot-tire pickup, and early delamination show up. We would rather tell you what the slab needs than sell a coating that the concrete is not ready to hold.
How we work with you
A coating project touches the most-used door in the house. You need to know what the slab showed, what system we recommend, what it will cost, and when you can park again. We would rather be direct than optimistic.
Estimates are written after the project is reviewed. Qualifying residential systems are backed by a written 15-year residential limited warranty. The written warranty that ships with the job is the controlling document — not a slogan on a sales card.
If the slab, moisture, or an existing coating changes the plan, we say so before work starts. That is the customer-service standard: tell the truth about the concrete, then do the work we promised.

Why choose PrecisionService area
We are based in Conroe and work throughout Montgomery County and nearby North Houston. If you are comparing companies, ask who will actually be on your slab — and whether they grind, test moisture, and warrant the system in writing.
Next step
Tell us about the garage or commercial space. We will review the project and follow up with a written estimate — not a generic price from a photo.
